    Method-

The method of making Chyawanprash is as follows:

    (1) Herbal jocknut powder should be soaked in one kg of water 24 hours before.

    (2) One kilogram of fresh green amla should be put in one liter of water and boiled in pressure cooker. When the whistle comes thrice, the cooker should be removed and let cool for 15 minutes.

    (3) After removing the kernels of boiled amla and separating, rub the pulp into a sieve with a steel sieve or smooth portion of the grated or cotton cloth or flour, filtering out the unnecessary fibers. The main purpose here is to separate the fibers from the pulp.

    (4) If the fibers cannot come out, then put the pulp of gooseberry in a mixer and make a paste and then proceed.

    (5) Now fry this paste according to the above mentioned ratio in the indigenous ghee on a low flame till the amla pitti leaves the ghee almost completely. A pitta prepared in this way can be stored in a glass or steel vessel for several months and used as needed.

    (6) After the amla is boiled, the water remaining in the bottom pot should be kept safe and in this water mixed with the jowakut powder of Chyawanprash, which was soaked in one liter of water 24 hours ago. Let it boil for two hours on the heat. The lower the flame, the better the boiling will be.

    (7) Sieve the decoction when it cools down and keep this sieved water in a constant place for about 10-12 hours, so that the insect (dirty substance) will sit down. The chyawanprash formed when the insect goes away with sieved water causes bitterness.

    (8) Now pour it carefully into another vessel, which will separate the insect and separate the water.

    (9) After putting 1500 grams (one and a half kg) of sugar in the separated medicinal water, it should be boiled for a while. Meanwhile, keep on sprinkling the warm milk lightly, which causes the scum to come up. It should be set aside. Cover the pit from the beginning. When put in the syrup and take the pot out of the stove, put the pot in the sugar syrup or take the pot in a separate vessel and put three wire syrup in it and make a paste. Then put the paste in syrup and make it coarse. It is worth noting here that by keeping the roasted pitha for a long time, a hard crust of black color is formed on its upper surface. It should not be thrown, but it should be separated and crushed and made as smooth as a pit, and mixed in the pit.

    (10) When the sugar syrup is melted, put a small quantity of powder of serial number 6 to 12 in the quirky position (lightly heated) and keep stirring it.

    (11) When it is almost cold then add honey and mix it completely.

    (12) Leave to cool for 24 hours. Now about two and a half kilos of Chyawanprash from 1 kg amla is ready.

    (13) If you want to make Chyawanprash of more amla - like to make three kilograms of amla, multiply the content by 3 and take as much content as you can, but the syrup will be of three strands.

    (14) If Chyawanprash is too thick or thin (soft), then make the syrup a little thicker or first, respectively. If the dough is hardened, boil 3 spoons of ghee in 20 teaspoons (100 ml) water. When the water starts simmering, add thick Chyawanprash to it. As soon as it gets dry, cool it down.

    Special things to note

    (1) If 125 grams of ghee is taken, Chyawanprash is of excellent quality.

    (2) Chyawanprash without fiber should be used in three months.

    (3) To make a specific type of Chyawanprash, the following items can be mixed in the two and a half kilogram Chyawanprash prepared by the above method.

Keshar - 3 grams, Makardhwaj - 4 grams, silver work - 10 leaves, Shukti Bhasma - 12 grams, Pravabalasma - 12 grams, Asbaraka Bhasma - 15 grams, Shringa Bhasma - 15 grams. Bhasmas, Keshar and Makardhwaj can also be reduced according to age and economic conditions.
Kesar and Makardhwaj are diluted separately before mixing them in Chyawanprash, after which these two are mixed together in ash and then re-mixed, then all are well mixed in 50 grams of honey. After this, add it little by little in the Chyawanprash. Once it becomes well, leave it open in the vessel for one day and then keep it closed in a clean box. Chyawanprash can also be made dry.
Method of preparation of dry Chyawanprash
First boil the herbs and boils with sugar and when the char syrup is formed, cool the pan completely or leave it for a day. When sugar syrup is cold, make boora or can also make boora together. When the condition of the boora comes, then put the powdered and powdered dry powder and mix it well and make boora again, it does not add honey. In short, herbs decoction + sugar + Pitti + powder of medicines from serial number 8 to 12.
In this way, if one of the two types of Chyawanprash is consumed every morning and evening with a spoonful of milk, a person always remains healthy. Due to excess of vitamin-C, the vitality, vitality and happiness increase and in the old age, youth like enthusiasm, activity and fun remains.
