According to Ayurveda, Amla is such a
fruit, which has countless benefits. Amla is not only beneficial for the skin

Amla is called Amritphal or Dhatriphal

Where is Amla Found or Grown?
The leaves of amla plant are similar
to tamarind leaves, but its leaves are somewhat larger than tamarind. Indian
gooseberry is found in gardens to orchards. The fruits of Amla plant in the
gardens are larger than the fruits produced in the forest. It is also found at
an altitude of 1300 meters above sea level.

Amla. Amla cleans the blood, provides relief in diarrhea, diabetes, burning
sensation. In addition, it is beneficial in jaundice, hyper-acidity, anemia,

flower, Neelathotha and Khaparia Tutta with lemon juice. By making its pill and
applying it like kajal in the eyes, many diseases of the eyes are cured.

Crush 7 grams gooseberry with barley
and soak it in cold water. After two to three hours squeeze the gooseberries.
Soak the other amla again in the same water. After two to three hours, then
squeeze it out. Do this three or four times. Putting this water in the eyes
reduces the swelling of the eyes.

Apply amla leaves and fruit mixture in
the eyes. It gives relief from eye discomfort.

Make a paste by grinding amla, and
make a bundle and tie it on the eyes. It provides relief in itching, burning,
etc. due to Pitta dosha.
The problem of bleeding from the nose
can be due to many reasons. Amla is beneficial in this. Finely grind the
berries, mango and gooseberry along with kanji etc. Applying it on the forehead
provides relief in hemorrhage (nose bleeding problem).
Benefits of Amla in a sore throat:-
Whenever the weather changes, there is
usually a sore throat. In such a situation, amla powder is very beneficial. Mix
celery, turmeric, amla, yavakshar and chitra in equal quantity. Lick 1 to 2 grams
of amla powder with 2 spoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of ghee. It ends throat
soreness.

Sometimes indigestion or indigestion
occurs due to untimely eating or eating anything wrong. Cook Amla for this. Add
the appropriate amount of black pepper, dry ginger, rock salt, roasted cumin

Mix 5-10 grams sugar candy in 10-20 ml
