Oats with Milk and Sugar:-

Ingredients:-
Half a cup of oats,
Two cups of milk,
1 teaspoon of sugar,
An apple slice,
A small banana together.
To Make:-
After mixing the milk, oats and sugar for 5 minutes in a light flame, pour it into a small piece of apple and banana and then consume it.

Oats with lemon:-
Ingredients:-
Take a cup of oats,
A quarter less water,
A pinch of turmeric powder,
Half a teaspoon of lemon juice,
Salt to taste,
A handful of peanuts,
Two teaspoons of oil.
To Make:-
First heat the oil lightly, and then temper it, then add oats to it and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes. After that put it in a plate and mix peanuts and lemon, this way you will get healthy lemon oat breakfast.

Make dosa with Oats:-
If you like to eat dosa for breakfast, then you can include oats in it. 
Ingredients:-
Half a cup of oats,
Four teaspoons rice flour,
Half a teaspoon salt,
Half a teaspoon pepper,
Two chopped green chillies,
Half a teaspoon cumin,
Half a teaspoon coriander powder,
Two teaspoons yogurt,
Half a cup of water,
Quarter cup sesame oil
To Make:-
Take for Add oil to a large bowl and mix it and keep aside for 15 minutes. Now heat the griddle on medium heat. Dip half the onion in sesame oil and rub it on the surface of the pan with its smooth side. Spread it on the griddle and allow it to cook for two to three minutes. Makes Oats with green peas and moong dal:-
Ingredients:-
Take four teaspoons of oats,
Two teaspoons of moong dal,
One-fourth cup of green peas,
One green chilli,
Salt according to taste.
To Make:-
First soak the moong dal in water for 30 minutes, and wash it thoroughly before use. After that, take two cups of water and heat it, and add green peas and moong dal, cook it for 15 minutes. After this, add green chili pieces to it, add the oats and let it cook for 5 minutes. After this, add salt and consume it.

Make Oat with Mutton Casserole:-
It is also a very good and healthy breakfast.
Ingredients:-
Half a cup of oatmeal,
A carrot,
A quarter cup of chopped green beans,
100 g of mutton,
Two teaspoons of olive oil or butter,
One teaspoon dried mint leaves,
One teaspoon garlic paste,
Half teaspoon honey, green chillies,
A cup of water,
An onion,
Salt and pepper,
Lemon juice.
Cook them all for 25-30 minutes and then enjoy delicious Oat Mutton Casserole.

Makes Oats with Mushrooms and Spinach:-
With this you can make soup and use it for breakfast.
Ingredients:-
Half cup oats,
One cup vegetable broth,
One teaspoon olive oil,
Chopped cloves and garlic,
One onion,
Chopped mushrooms,
Half cup chopped spinach,
One teaspoon celery,
One lemon juice,
Salt as per taste,
Take chili.

To Make:-
Wash the oats in water thoroughly. Mix it in oil and boil it for about 10 minutes. Then add chopped onion pieces and garlic to it and cook it again for 10 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and spinach and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Add salt to it and eat it.

Make oats with salad:-
If you like very light meals at breakfast, then oat salad is a good option for you.
Ingredients:-
Half cup oats,
Two thirds cup water,
Chopped walnuts,
One teaspoon honey,
One teaspoon sherry vinegar,
One teaspoon olive oil,
Half teaspoon PC pepper,
Salt according to taste,
One chopped small pear,
Quarter cup individually Done Feta Paneer.
To Make:-
Put it in a saucepan with half a teaspoon of salt in water and cook it on a light flame for seven minutes, heat another pan on a light flame and cook the walnuts in honey for five minutes. Then leave it to cool. Take a small bowl and mix olive oil, salt and vinegar in it and eat it with pieces of pear.

Ingredients:-
Take half a cup of milk,
Half a teaspoon of butter,
Half a cup of oats,
Four teaspoons of butter,
Four teaspoons of sugar,
Half a teaspoon nutmeg,
One-fourth teaspoon cinnamon powder,
One egg yolk,
Three freshly cut mangoes.

To Make:-
Heat milk and butter and add oats to it and cook for a minute, after cooling, add cream, sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add egg yolk to this mixture. When it cools down, add oats to it. Put it on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 40-45 minutes, after cooling, eat this tasty dish.

Makes Oats with Oatmeal, Walnuts and Almonds:-
By doing this breakfast, you will remain energetic throughout the day.          Ingredients:-
Take half a cup of oats,
A handful of mixes walnuts, fennel nuts,
A teaspoon of honey,
A banana and a cup of milk.

Let mix the nuts together with honey and salt and cook for 15 minutes, after which let it cool. Mix oats in milk and cook it for 5 minutes, after that add a paste made of nuts into it, eat it by cutting small pieces of banana.
